disputes between users and service providers.

Voyzo facilitates connections but does not interfere in business transactions between users and vendors.
However, based on consistent feedback or violations of platform policies, Voyzo reserves the right to:
review vendor performance,
take corrective action,
suspend or remove vendor listings from the app.

use the platform responsibly,
communicate respectfully with vendors,
ensure timely payments for services booked.
Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.
