What Voyzo is, how booking works, and what happens if something goes wrong.
What is Voyzo?
Voyzo is an Indian online marketplace for car care. You can book a doorstep car wash at your home or office, or book general servicing, mechanical repair, battery and electrical work, AC service, wheel alignment and denting & painting at verified service centers near you. Voyzo also sells car parts and accessories through its marketplace.
How does a doorstep car wash work?
You choose a wash or detailing package, pick a date and a time slot, and give the address where your car will be. A verified partner arrives with their own water and equipment and cleans the car where it is parked — at home, or in your office car park. You do not have to drive anywhere or wait at a workshop.
How much does a car wash cost on Voyzo?
An express exterior wash starts from around ₹299, an interior deep clean from about ₹899, and ceramic coating from about ₹7,999. Each service center sets and publishes its own exact price, and the price you see when you book is the price you pay.
Which car services can I book on Voyzo?
Car wash and detailing, interior deep cleaning, ceramic coating, engine bay wash, tyre and alloy care, paint correction, general car servicing, mechanical repair, battery and electrical work, AC service, wheel alignment and tyre care, and denting & painting.
How are service centers verified?
Every partner completes KYC before they can accept a single booking — identity verification, business PAN, GST where applicable, and bank account verification. A center that has not finished verification cannot take bookings or list services.
Do I need an account to browse Voyzo?
No. You can browse services, compare centers, search the parts catalogue and track an existing order without signing in. You only need an account when you want to book a service or place an order.
How do I track my Voyzo order?
Go to the Track Order page and enter your order number together with the mobile number the order was placed with. You will see the current status without signing in. Sign in to see full details, download the invoice or raise a return.
Do I pay Voyzo or the service center?
You pay Voyzo securely when you book. We settle with the service center afterwards, so there is always a record of the transaction and a clear path to support if something goes wrong.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule from your bookings page. Cancellation terms depend on how close you are to the slot and are shown to you before you confirm.
Which cities does Voyzo serve?
Voyzo operates across India through independent partner service centers. Enter your location on the homepage, or use the "use my location" button, to see the verified centers that currently cover your area.
