Voyzo – Subscription Package Terms

These Subscription Package Terms (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and renewal of any subscription-based car wash or car care packages offered by Voyzo through its mobile applications and website. By purchasing or activating a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Subscription Packages

Voyzo’s subscription packages offer:

  • Prepaid car wash or detailing services

  • Discounted bundles

  • Monthly/quarterly/yearly plans

  • Service credits or tokens

Subscription services are delivered only through partnered service providers listed on the Voyzo platform. Voyzo itself does not perform the services.

2. Activation of Subscription

A subscription:

  • Activates instantly upon successful payment

  • Will be visible in “My Subscriptions” within the app

  • May include a fixed number of washes or service credits valid only during the subscription period

Users are responsible for confirming service availability in their location before purchase.

3. Validity Period

Each subscription has a defined validity, such as:

  • 30 days

  • 90 days

  • 180 days

  • 1 year

The validity period begins from the purchase date, not from the first service usage.

Unused washes/services do NOT carry forward after expiration unless an active offer states otherwise.

4. Service Usage & Booking

  • Services must be booked through the Voyzo app

  • Subscription benefits apply only if the booking is made through the registered account

  • Availability depends on vendor slots, location, and operational conditions

  • Peak-hour or premium add-ons may require additional charges

Voyzo is not responsible if the user is unable to book due to unavailability of vendors in their location.

5. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)

Some subscription packages may offer auto-renewal.

If enabled:

  • The plan will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle

  • Renewal charges will be deducted using the saved payment method

  • Users will be notified before renewal (as per app/platform guidelines)

Auto-renewal can be turned off anytime from the app settings.

6. Subscription Cancellation by User

Subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once activated, unless:

  • There is a technical error

  • Duplicate purchase occurred

  • Service is not available in the user’s location (verified by Voyzo)

Partial refunds for unused services are not permitted.

7. Cancellation by Voyzo

Voyzo may cancel a subscription if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • User violates platform guidelines

  • Vendor availability becomes permanently restricted in a user’s area

In such cases, a prorated refund or equivalent service credit may be provided at Voyzo’s discretion.

8. Transferability

Subscriptions:

  • Cannot be transferred to another user

  • Cannot be shared across multiple vehicles unless explicitly stated in the plan

  • Can be used only for the vehicle registered under the subscription

9. Change of Subscription Plan

Users may upgrade or switch plans only if such an option is enabled within the app.

  • Plan upgrades may require additional payment

  • Downgrades or partial refunds are not supported

10. Vendor Service Responsibility

All services under a subscription are performed by independent partners/vendors.

Voyzo is not liable for:

  • Service delays

  • Quality variations

  • Vendor disputes

  • Operational issues

Users may request rework or lodge complaints as per Voyzo’s Replacement & Returns / Rework Policy.

11. Suspension of Service

Voyzo may suspend a user’s subscription temporarily if:

  • The user is abusive to vendors

  • Fraudulent usage is detected

  • Terms of use are violated

Suspension does not extend subscription validity.

12. Price Changes

Voyzo reserves the right to:

  • Revise subscription prices

  • Modify benefits or included services

  • Change the number of washes/credits

Changes will apply during the next renewal cycle for existing users.

13. No Guarantee of Availability

Subscriptions are subject to:

  • Vendor availability

  • Location coverage

  • Operational conditions

  • Weather restrictions

Voyzo does not guarantee service availability at all times.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
